Description
What it is This broad spectrum antifungal preparation is effective against skin infections caused by fungus, yeasts and moulds such as ringworm, hots spots and Schnauzer bumps. While many topical antifungals only inhibit the growth of fungus, this one kills the fungus causing the skin infections. This formula offers enhanced penetration, ensuring that active ingredients reach infected areas.

Usage
- Clean and dry infected skin thoroughly before application
- Gently massage a thin layer of gel onto infected skin
- Continue treatment for 1 to 2 weeks. To prevent recurrence, the treatment should be continued for at least 1 to 2 weeks after all signs of infection have cleared. A longer treatment period may be needed for severe cases. The above treatment may be repeated if the infection recurs.

Dosage Given orally every 30 days, at the recommended Dosage of 2.5 - 5 mg/kg of Afoxolaner and 0.5 - 1 mg/kg of Milbemycin Oxime. Do not re-administer NEXGARD SPECTRA® before the month is through.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
- The most common side effects (affecting inbetween 1 to 10 animals in 1,000 animals) were vomiting, diarrhoea, lack of energy, decreased appetite, and itching, which generally were short-lived and resolved spontaneously. Because fleas and ticks must start feeding on the dog in order to be killed by the medicine, there may be a risk of transmission of diseases with which they may be infected. Accidental ingestion of afoxolaner can be harmful to children. To avoid accidental ingestion administer the chewable to the dog immediately after removal from the package. Keep out of reach of children. People handling the medicine should wash hands after handling the product.
