REFUND POLICY 

For the safety and hygiene of all furry members, all purchases cannot be returned or refunded. 

However, if your received order is incorrect or has a manufacturer’s defect, please send us a message at petmed@pacificbios.com with your order number for assistance. We will be glad to arrange for an exchange or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.  

 

 

Damages and issues 

 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. 

If your return is accepted, we will send the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

 

Kindly note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt 

 

 

Refunds 

 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return products and update you on the status of the refund 

The product evaluation process may take 3-5 working days once we receive the items. The refund/exchange process will begin only after we have completed the product evaluation and if it is deemed to be a valid return. 

 

If refund approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Kindly take note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
